Positano opened on January 2018, with Renato as the partnering manager. Born in Brazil and raised in Italy, Renato always dreamed of coming to America and was thrilled when the opportunity finally arose. He began his career as a bar manager at Locanda Ravello, where his potential as a manager was quickly recognized. When Enzo decided to relocate Locanda Positano from San Carlos, Renato was the obvious choice to lead the new location.
